As a qualified personal trainer and working in the fitness industry since 2003. My aim is to help you identify and reach your fitness goals. Design an exercise programme that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

My Expertise

As a certified personal trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury. Many years of experience and attention to detail mean that you get the best advice and help.  Exercise programmes and PT sessions are individually written based on specific requirements.


Personal Training

Fitness takes commitment and time, Personal Training is your time to work on your fitness.  PT Sessions are held in a purpose-built studio with an outdoor area COVID safe.  In the studio is a range of exercise equipment.

Group Fitness

Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!


Exercise is about the quality, not the quantity. 

Movement is more important and that is something we actually need to include in our everyday lives. 

My role is to give you guidance and direction along with motivation.  Your role is to activate the work.

PT Sessions

It is apparent not everyone fits into the same mould.  In lockdown I decided to adjust my timings to allow more people to access PT with a view that not everyone wants, or needs 60 mins per session. So I now offer

Football is my passion. As I am getting older it is getting harder. I want to keep playing for me and my children. Caroline has devised a PT programme to support this goal. I am definitely feeling the benefit each Saturday.


Caroline immediately devised a programme to focus on re-engaging my core muscles and building my posture muscles to help me correct my posture. Within a couple of months these areas had improved so much that they didn’t need sole attention, and from that point onwards Caroline produced a well-rounded programme introducing strength, conditioning and cardiovascular exercises, whilst never taking an eye away from the importance of my core and posture....


I absolutely love my PT with Caroline and trust her to produce me a varied and fun programme which evolves to provide me with a rounded physical wellbeing with great conditioning, cardiovascular fitness and core strength....
