With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, I am still passionate about fitness.  I'm a mother of two and a woman in her 50s who like most of my clients, have a busy work life balance. ​I love to run and try to cycle, where possible.   My client base have been with me for many years and I work across all ages and genders, as you can see from my testimonials.  I do not take my role for granted and ensure I keep up to date with the latest developments in the fitness and diet industry.  I work from a small studio my garden which enables me to work from home and provides all the equipment needed.​  Want to chat please call me or email. Football is my passion. As I am getting older it is getting harder. I want to keep playing for me and my children. Caroline has devised a PT programme to support this goal. I am definitely feeling the benefit each Saturday.


Caroline immediately devised a programme to focus on re-engaging my core muscles and building my posture muscles to help me correct my posture. Within a couple of months these areas had improved so much that they didn’t need sole attention, and from that point onwards Caroline produced a well-rounded programme introducing strength, conditioning and cardiovascular exercises, whilst never taking an eye away from the importance of my core and posture....
