As a qualified personal trainer with over 18 years' experience in the fitness industry, my aim is to help you identify and reach your fitness goals. Design an exercise programme that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
As a certified personal trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury. Many years of experience and attention to detail mean that you get the best advice and help. Exercise programmes and PT sessions are individually written based on specific requirements.
Fitness takes commitment and time, Personal Training is your time to work on your fitness. PT Sessions are held in a purpose-built studio with an outdoor area COVID safe. In the studio is a range of exercise equipment including free weights, spinning bike, power plate and suspension system.
I am Level 3 PT and I am experienced and qualifications in Running Coaching, Pre & Post Natal, 3rd Age Woman, Muscle Building, Cardio Training just to name a few. The combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in shape or back to fitness in no time.
Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!

6 WEEK BACK TO FITNESS OUTSIDE CLASSES
These classes are designed to help you back to pre lockdown fitness and to help you establish a good fitness ragime. All levels welcome.
Old Ruts Rugby Ground
Zoom does have its place and I will continue with my early morning and evening classes. This will be reviewed in September. These classes will cover cardio and strength fitness.

WEBINAR & MOTIVATION GROUP
The aim is to provide information based on my experience and knowledge to help you in our desire to make changes to improve your fitness and health.
The first session will be held on WEIGHT LOSS why can't you lose weight what is stopping you? Are you stuck?
6 WEEK MOTIVATION GROUP
I do not believe that one size fits all. This group is aimed at providing support, post Webinar on your journey of weight loss. Whatever method suits you let me support you in this small group for 30mins weekly. I will provide information and motivation.
