This PT BLOCK package offers you 4 x 60 minute 1-2-1 personal training sessions in my home studio. Each session is tailored to your individual fitness and goals, and I'll use a combination of equipment incluidng Spinning Bike, Power Plate, Free Weights and Kettlebells to help you reach these. This package is a great way to kick start your fitness journey and get the most out of your training.
