The PT BLOCK is the perfect way to get fit if you're short on time. With 30 minute sessions, held at our home studio, it's easy to fit into any busy schedule. We'll discuss your fitness and requirements beforehand, so that you get the most out of each session. Our studio is fully kitted out with a spinning bike and other equipment, so you'll have everything you need to start your journey to a healthier you.
