Sometime we need to start with a little help and this option will be discussed prior and allows some to build up to longer sessions.  Also if you are truely time poor its a great way of getting some help with your fitness.  1-2-1 session based on your fitness and your requirements. Held at my home studio which is fully kitted out with Spinning Bike / Power Plate / Free Weights / Kettlebells. COVID SAFE entrance via a back ally direct to the studio. Space to work outside of studio on patio area.
