This is based on a 45 mins session 1-2-1.  This will cover your fitness and your requirements.  Held at my home studio which is fully kitted out with Spinning Bike / Power Plate / Free Weights / Kettlebells.   COVID SAFE entrance via a back ally direct to the studio.  Space to work outside of studio on patio area.
